Join us for the Itchen Valley Summer Challenge, a two-race summer series designed for runners of all abilities. Each separate event takes place on a (hopefully!) warm summer evening, bringing the community together for fitness, fun, and fresh air.

About the event
Join the Itchen Valley Summer Challenge!
Join us for the Itchen Valley Summer Challenge a two-race summer series designed for runners of all abilities. Each event Each event takes place on a (hopefully!) warm summer evening, bringing the community together for fitness, fun, and fresh air.
Each event kicks off with a Junior 1 mile Dash, followed by the adult (15+) 5km and 10km races.
Race 1 – Twilight Run (9th July): A colourful, feel-good evening run as the sun begins to set.
Race 2 – SunSet Run (20th August): A vibrant, festival-inspired race to close out the summer in style.
Each race requires its own entry, so you can choose the challenge that suits you — enter one or both! Should you complete both races and you’ll earn an exclusive Challenge Finisher pin.

Race 2 - 20th Aug: Jnr Dash
This is a ticket for 1x child to Itchen Valley Summer Running Challenge 1 mile Dash on 20th August ONLY. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to get to the race at least 30mins before the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated for. All athletes need to wear a racing bib or will be refused access to the race.

This is a ticket for 1x Adult to Itchen Valley Summer Running Challenge: Race 2 5km Dash on 20th August ONLY. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to get to the race at least 30mins before the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated for. All athletes need to wear a racing bib or will be refused access to the race.
