Join us for the Basingstoke Summer Running Festival, a two-race summer series designed for runners of all abilities. Each separate event takes place on a (hopefully!) warm summer evening, bringing the community together for fitness, fun, and fresh air.

About the event
Join us for the Basingstoke Summer Running Festival 2026!
Join us for the Basingstoke Summer Running Festival a two-race summer series designed for runners of all abilities. Each event Each event takes place on a (hopefully!) warm summer evening, bringing the community together for fitness, fun, and fresh air.
Each event kicks off with a Junior 1 mile Dash, followed by the adult (15+) 5km and 10km races.
Race 1 – Sunshine Run (13th August): A colourful, feel-good evening run as the sun begins to set.
Race 2 – Festival Run (10th Sept): A vibrant, festival-inspired race to close out the summer in style.
Each race requires its own entry, so you can choose the challenge that suits you — enter one or both! Should you complete both races and you’ll earn an exclusive Prize.

Race 1 - 13th Aug: Jnr Dash
This is a ticket for 1x child to Basingstoke Summer Run Festival 1 mile Dash on 13th August 2026 ONLY. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to get to the race at least 30mins before the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated for. Bibs can be collected on the day at the site. All athletes need to wear a racing bib or will be refused access to the race.
